Frequently Asked Questions:
Question: Should I start counseling now, or wait a little while?
Answer: If you feel that you are ready to make changes, willing to do the (sometimes) difficult work of learning and growing, and are ready to make a commitment for yourself and your relationship, then you may be ready for counseling. Many couples wait to see a counselor until it is too late. Most likely, you found this website because something inside you said that you need help.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: See map Below.

The office is located on the side of this building in the back.

Question: How often do we/I need to come?
Answer: Every couple is different. Usually couples begin coming once a week for a few weeks and then go to every two or three weeks. This varies depending on how serious the problem is, financial concerns, and how quickly couples want to feel better.
Question: How long do most couples go to counseling?
Answer: Again, every situation and need is different: It ranges from a few sessions to a year, but on average, it is between 8-12 sessions.
Question: Will you tell us to get a divorce?
Answer: My philosophy is to help couples gain satisfaction, happiness, and more love in the relationship they are in. I do value physical and emotional safety in cases of abuse, but I do not tell couples what they should do in deciding on the future of their relationship.
Question: How long have you been doing this?
Answer: I have been doing counseling for 8 years and have been specializing in working with couples for over 4 years.
